Please read before you submit — how standby works:

Our boats depart on schedule. If you miss your scheduled departure, your ticket is forfeited and is not eligible for a refund. This applies to all shared, ticketed experiences.

As a courtesy — and at no additional charge — we offer to place you on our standby list for the next available departure. By requesting standby, you agree to the following terms:

  • Standby is not guaranteed. It depends entirely on last-minute availability on a later departure.
  • Standby is a courtesy placement, not a new ticket or a rebooking. Your original ticket remains forfeited and non-refundable whether or not a standby spot becomes available.
  • If a standby departure is cancelled — due to weather or any other reason — this does not make you eligible for a refund of your forfeited ticket.
  • Standby requests are not emergencies. Our team may respond during office hours (8am–5pm daily).
