Welcome aboard! Our goal is for every guest to have an amazing, safe and memorable time on the water. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, all guests must follow the policies below.
1. Waiver & Assumption of Risk (Required)
Being on a boat involves inherent risks. By participating, guests acknowledge these risks and agree to take responsibility for their own safety and conduct. ✅ Every guest must complete and sign a waiver before boarding. By signing, guests waive claims of risk and negligence against Aqua Party Boat, its affiliated companies, employees, crew, owners, and representatives. No waiver = no boarding.2. Booking & Payment Policy (No Refunds)
- All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
- All private bookings are final and non refundable.
- Tickets cannot be rescheduled, transferred, or extended due to:
- late arrival
- no-show
- missed departure
3. Arrival & Check-In Policy
Please arrive early and allow time for check-in.- Boats depart on time at the scheduled departure time.
- Late arrivals cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or extended.
- Check-in instructions and timing are provided in your booking confirmation.
4. ID & Alcohol Wristband Policy
Alcohol is allowed only when consumed responsibly.- No underage drinking — zero exceptions.
- Excessive intoxication may result in removal & cancellation without refund.
5. Onboard Rules — Strictly Not Allowed
To protect everyone onboard, the following are prohibited: 🚫 Smoking (vaping is allowed) 🚫 Illegal drugs 🚫 Glass containers 🚫 Hard liquor 🚫 Jet ski rentals 🚫 Getting on another boat while anchored 🚫 Switching vessels or interacting with other watercraft during the trip Violations may result in removal without refund.6. Required Crew Gratuity (Cash at Boarding)
A required crew gratuity supports your onboard team.- For shared trips, $10 per guest is collected at boarding (cash), while private trip gratuities vary based on the selected boat and trip duration
- This gratuity is separate from ticket pricing
7. Weather & Safety Policy
Trips operate rain or shine. The Captain determines safe operation based on:- weather and radar
- sea conditions
- marine traffic
- other real-time safety factors
8. Captain Authority & Itinerary Adjustments
All experiences and boat charters are operated by a licensed Captain. Guests understand that:- destinations may change
- anchor locations may change
- routes may adjust due to conditions
- travel time and water time may vary based on real-time circumstances
9. Guest Conduct Policy
Guests must behave responsibly and follow all crew instructions. The crew reserves the right to deny boarding or remove guests if there is:- unsafe behavior
- excessive intoxication
- refusal to follow rules or crew direction
