  • Stay completely dry or take a break to dive into the bay for a refreshing swim.

  • Photography & Videography: Capture every magical moment with our professional team if you choose to hire them.

If we cancel due to weather, options for a rebooking will be provided. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your departure time. Parking is available near the marina, including options at Trinity Cathedral and OMNI PARKING. Please note, there’s no free parking.

Itinerary Example for a 6-Hour Boat wedding Charter

Hour 1 (Setup):

The crew and event planners prepare the boat, ensuring all décor, seating, and catering are in place. Vendors and any necessary preparations for the ceremony are completed.

Hour 2 (Guest Arrival & Departure):

Guests begin arriving at the marina, which is located directly on the bay. They are welcomed aboard with light refreshments as they settle in.

The boat sets sail, cruising along the bay to a picturesque anchoring spot with breathtaking views of the ocean and the Miami skyline.

Hour 3 (Ceremony):

The boat reaches a prime anchoring location, providing a stunning backdrop for the ceremony.

The couple exchanges vows, surrounded by the serene ocean and skyline views, creating a truly unforgettable moment.

Hour 4-5 (Reception & Water Fun):

Guests are invited to enjoy food and drinks at the onboard bar while mingling and celebrating.

After the ceremony, those interested can hop into the water for a refreshing swim or enjoy water toys.

Music, dancing, and toasts can fill the atmosphere as the boat stays anchored, providing a fun and relaxed reception environment.

Hour 6 (Return to Marina & Clean Up):

The boat begins its journey back to the marina, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the scenic ride.

Upon arrival, guests disembark, and the final 30 minutes are dedicated to clean-up and wrapping up the event.

Absolutely! To ensure a smooth and swift boarding process for our Miami Party Boat, please sign your waiver online before you arrive. This is crucial, as you will not be permitted to board without this completed form. Additionally, a valid ID must be presented at the time of boarding. Signing the waiver online ahead of time helps us get the party started faster and keeps everyone safe and secure!

No need for formal wear on our Aqua Party Boat! Embrace the Miami vibe with casual, summer-friendly attire like shorts, tank tops, and sandals. Gratuity should be provided in cash directly to our crew at the time of boarding. Remember to also bring a valid ID to show upon boarding.
