What experiences do you offer?
We offer private yacht parties, private party boat charters, and shared party boat experiences — perfect for bachelor/bachelorette celebrations, birthdays, graduations, and group outings on the water in Miami.

How do I book and view availability?
You can view real-time pricing and availability for all experiences directly on our website. Select your date, duration, and preferred departure time — then complete your online booking for instant confirmation.

What discounts or specials do you offer?
We provide a variety of discounts depending on the experience and booking circumstances. Applicable discounts may be automatically applied at checkout based on your booking details. Some offers (like yacht discounts) do not require a code when they automatically apply.
Note: All specials apply to online bookings only and cannot be combined with other offers.

How many guests can each boat carry?
Yachts: Certified to carry up to 13 guests.
Private Party Boats: USCG certified for groups above 13 and up to 40+ (varies by vessel).
Shared Party Boats: Ticketed per person — great for small or mid-size groups who want a social celebration.
Important: Yachts cannot legally carry more than 13 guests. For larger groups, a certified party boat is required.

Can we bring alcohol and food?
Private Yacht & Private Party Boats: Yes — these are BYOB (Bring Your Own Booze). You may bring your favorite drinks and light snacks. We provide coolers, ice, water, and cups.
Shared Party Boats: You cannot BYOB, but you may purchase drinks onboard or pre-purchase drink tickets for beer, wine, and seltzers.

Can we bring decorations?
Yes! You can bring banners, signs, flowers, and party décor.
Please do not bring balloons, glitter, or confetti, as these are prohibited to protect Miami’s waters.

What are Shared Bach Upgrades?
Shared Bach upgrades let you personalize your group’s shared party boat experience with:

• Bride accessory
• Small decor at your seating area
• Cheers moment (bubbly or non-alcoholic option)
• Photo moment
• Ring float when anchored (when appropriate)

Can we play our own music?
Yes on private bookings only — connect your phone to the boat’s Bluetooth sound system and play your favorite playlists.

Is swimming allowed?
Daytime Tours: Swimming is allowed when anchored at approved locations.
Sunset/Night Tours: Swimming is not permitted for safety reasons past sunset or night time.

How does gratuity work?
Gratuity is accepted as noted in Additional Information — yachts via Zelle or cash, and party boats in cash at the dock upon arrival.

What payment methods are available?
Bookings can be completed online by card (with applicable fees), or manually by Zelle or card via our in-house agent (with booking and processing fees as noted).

Additional Information:

• Surge Rates: An additional $50 per hour applies for every hour after 9:00 PM.
• Safety Note: For safety reasons, swimming is not allowed during sunset or night tours.
• Later Bookings: For tours starting later in the evening, please contact us directly to arrange your booking.
• Sales Tax: A 7% sales tax is applied to all items — including bookings, add-ons (Bach upgrades, bags, drinks, shared party boat tickets, etc.). Booking fees are separate and not included in the sales tax.
• Gratuity
  • Yacht Charters: Gratuity may be paid via Zelle or cash at the dock upon arrival.
  • Private & Shared Party Boats: Gratuity is accepted in cash only at the dock upon arrival.
  • Card Gratuity (rare): In rare cases, gratuity may be charged by card and will be noted on your contract. Any card gratuity collected is distributed to the crew by AquaPartyBoat.
• Processing Fee: A 6% tax/processing fee will be applied at checkout.

Booking & Processing Fees

Manual Zelle Payment: Flat booking fee —

• Yacht: $25
• Party Boats: $39

Manual Card Payment (in-house booking agent): Flat booking fee + 4.9% card processing fee

Online Card Payment: 8.9% platform/card processing fee applied at checkout; this fee is charged by the booking platform and card processors and does not go to AquaPartyBoat.

Extended Hours & Overtime

If your experience extends past the scheduled end time, a $50 per hour surcharge will apply.

Prohibited Activities

To ensure safety and enjoyment for all guests:

• No champagne sprays
• No hookahs
• No smoking (vaping is allowed)
• No jet ski activities from our vessels
• No rafting or tying up with other boats
• No disrespectful or unsafe behavior
• No inflatable ballons

Personal Items & Lost Items

Keep track of personal items such as phones, sunglasses, towels, etc. Boats do not have a lost and found, so please double-check before disembarking.
